AIM
To estimate interrelations of cholesterol high density lipoproteids (HDL) level with activity an inflammation and viscosity of blood (VB) at patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

MATERIALS AND METHODS
Research included patients wiht RA (n=114). Middle age made 55,77±1,12 years. All patients were have a rheumatoid factor in blood, lasting RA more than one year, an activity index on DAS-28-CRP 4,25±0,54. At the time of inclusion patients had no clinical and laboratory data of the sharp inflammatory process connected with an infection. Activity of an inflammation determined by DAS-28-CRP scale. VB - on the capillary viscometer.

RESULTS
Negative correlation communication of the average force (r=0,65) between the HDL level and activity of RA on DAS-28-CRP is found. VB had negative correlation communication of the average force (r=0,45) with the HDL level and positive (r=0,85) with level of inflammatory activity on DAS-28-CRP scale.

CONCLUSION
The received interrelations once again emphasize a role of a system inflammation in development of a dislipidemiya and their thin mutually interlacings that demands profound studying of these processes.
